Ken Lutz is a longtime public servant who has spent his career working to keep High Desert communities safe and supported. As a captain with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, he has led teams, helped train the next generation of officers at Victor Valley College, and worked across agencies to strengthen coordination during emergencies and public-safety operations.
Ken is running for Victorville City Council because he believes residents deserve a city government that is transparent, responsible, and focused on everyday quality of life. His priorities include safer neighborhoods, well-maintained parks and streets, and thoughtful planning that ensures growth benefits local families—not just outside developers.
He brings decades of leadership experience and a commitment to practical solutions that put Victorville residents first.
