Real Experience. Real Leadership. Real Results.
Ken Lutz has dedicated his career to public service in the High Desert. As a captain with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, he has worked closely with local schools, regional partners, and community organizations to improve safety and strengthen trust between institutions and the people they serve. He has also helped support law-enforcement training at Victor Valley College, preparing future public-safety professionals to serve the region with integrity and professionalism.
Public Safety
Ken Lutz brings firsthand experience in law enforcement and public safety.
He understands that safety is not about rhetoric or politics, but about preparation, professionalism, and trust.
Safer Streets and Infrastructure
Many of the most serious injuries and deaths in Victorville are preventable.
Street design and infrastructure are public safety issues. The most effective safety strategy is preventing emergencies before they happen.
Accountability at City Hall
Ken believes accountability should apply to every part of city government.
Good government is built on standards, consistency, and trust.
Local Economy That Works for Residents
Victorville’s economy should work for the people who live here, not just outside interests.
Economic growth should be steady, responsible, and rooted locally.
